The Mark Of Cain Part I
And The Lord said unto him, therefore,
whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.
And The Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
Genesis 4:15
Fear not; for God is come to prove* you,
and that His fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
Exodus 20:20
Thou shalt not hate thy brother… Thou shalt not avenge… but thou shalt love…
Leviticus 24:13-20
To Me belongeth vengeance and recompence… I will render vengeance to Mine
enemies, and will reward them that hate Me. Deuteronomy 32:35-41
Thou shalt not kill* Exodus 20:13; Deut.5:17
4:1 And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived and bare Cain, and said, I have
gotten a man from The Lord. 4:2 And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a
keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. 4:3 And in process of time it came
to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto The Lord.
4:4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat*thereof. And
The Lord had respect*unto Abel, and to his offering.4:5 But unto Cain and to his off-
ering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth and his countenance fell.4:6 And
The Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? And why is thy countenance fallen?
4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin
lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother and it came to pass, when they were in the
field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.4:9 And The Lord said
unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not. Am I my brother's
keeper? 4:10 And he said, What hast thou done? The voice of thy brother's blood
crieth unto Me from the ground.4:11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which
hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;4:12 When thou
tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and
a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. 4:13 And Cain said unto the Lord, my punish-
ment is greater than I can bear. 4:14 Behold, Thou hast driven me out this day from
the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and
a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me
shall slay me.4:15 And The Lord said unto him, therefore, whosoever slayeth Cain,
vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And The Lord set a mark upon Cain,
lest any finding him should kill him. 4:16 And Cain went out from the presence of
The Lord and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. Genesis 4:1-16
Cain and Abel made offerings to God. Cain made an offering of his crops.
However, Verse 3 does not say Cain offered to God his best crops.
Abel brought his first born lambs, and the fat*thereof. This means Abel
brought to God, the best he had to offer.
The Lord respected Abel, and his offering.

The Lord did not respect Cain or his offering. In some way Cain had not done well in
his offer to God. The Lord said to Cain, if thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted?
And if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. Cain could choose to do well and get
God’s respect, or Cain could choose sin. When Cain chose to kill Abel, he was cursed
from the earth and separated from God for his choice.
That was the punishment God chose for Cain.
Cain was worried that he would be killed by men for killing Abel.
God then put a mark on Cain, and: The Lord said unto him, therefore,
whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.
And The Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
The first man born of woman, and outside of The Garden Of Eden, was a murderer.
God did not choose to kill Cain for killing Abel, but rather, God chose to protect Cain
from being killed by anyone, unless whoever killed Cain wanted seven times more
vengeance to be taken out on him. So Cain lived. He went out and made a
family, and built a city. God’s choice to allow Cain to live, stood.
Later, one of Cain’s descendents, Lamech, also killed a man: 4:23 And Lamech said
unto his wives, Adah and Zillah, Hear my voice; ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto
my speech. For I have slain a man to my wounding, and a young man to my hurt.
4:24 If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold.
Genesis 4:23-24
The Lord also chose to allow this to happen, and then:
4:25 And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth.
For God, said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.
4:26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos.
Then began men to call upon the name of The LORD. Genesis 4:25-26
It took a while, but men from the descendents of Seth,
voluntarily called on The Name Of The Lord.
For quite some time God chose not to interfere in the affairs of men,
in order to see if men would choose HIM.
Then:
6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and
daughters were born unto them, 6:2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men,
that they were fair. And they took them wives of all which they chose. 6:3 And The
Lord said, My Spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh. Yet his
days shall be an hundred and twenty years.6:4There were giants in the earth in those
days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men,
and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old,
men of renown. 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,
and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6:6 And it repented The Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him
at His heart. 6:7 And The Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the
face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the
air; for it repenteth Me that I have made them. 6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes
of The Lord.
6:9
These are the generations of Noah. Noah was a just man and perfect
in his generations,
and Noah walked with God.
6:10And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.6:11The earth also was cor-
rupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.6:12 And God looked upon the
earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before Me. For the earth is
filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Genesis 6:1-13
(2)
Then God told Noah:
6:14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt
pitch it within and without with pitch.6:17 And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of
waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under
heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.6:18 But with thee will I estab-
lish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife,
and thy sons' wives with thee. ... 6:22 … Thus did Noah; according to all that God
commanded him, so did he. Genesis 6:14-22
God made a decision. The Lord chose to destroy man who HE had created.
The Lord told Noah how to build the ark, and to put food, birds and
animals in the ark. God even told Noah how and why He would destroy the earth.
Noah did what God told Noah to do.
Noah chose to accept what God chose to do.
Noah and his family were saved.
May all your choices be God’s choices for you.
The Lord tells us how He feels about things:
32:35 To Me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; … 32:39 See now that I, even I,
Am He, and there is no god with Me. I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal.
Neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 32:40 For I lift up My hand to
heaven and say, I Live Forever. 32:41 If I whet my glittering sword, and Mine hand
take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to Mine enemies, and will reward
them that hate
Me. Deuteronomy
32:35-41
God tells us He is the only God, and there is no god with Him.
God made all things. He knows and understands all things. Only He can
make proper choices and decisions. He knows how to choose, what to choose,
and He tells us, in advance, why He chooses as He does.
6:7 And The Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created.
6:13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before Me. For the earth
is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Genesis 6:7&13
The flood waters receded, and Noah and his family left the ark.
The Lord gave them His rules to follow, and explained why it was important for
them to live by His rules. God also told them, in advance, what consequences they
would suffer if they broke His rules, the same way He told Adam and Eve in advance,
what consequences they would suffer. In the same way, The Lord always tells us,
in advance, what price we will pay if we choose not to follow Him.

9:1 And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multi-
ply, and replenish the earth. 9:2 And the fear of you, and the dread of you, shall be
upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth
upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea. Into your hand are they delivered.
9:3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb,
have I given you all things. 9:4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood
thereof, shall ye not eat. 9:5 And surely your blood, of your lives, will I require,
at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of
every man's brother will I require the life of man. 9:6 Whoso sheddeth*man's blood,
by man shall his blood be shed. For in the image of God made He man. 9:7 And you,
be ye fruitful, and multiply., and multiply therein. Genesis 9:1-7
The first and last thing The Lord God tells Noah and his family to do is multiply.
Be fruitful. Replenish. Bring forth abundantly in the earth. All the things God tells
them to do are for their own good, for the good of the earth, and everything on it.
God tells us that He delivered control over everything that lived and grew to them.
They were to make it increase. The Lord told them they could eat anything, except
blood, because the life of flesh is in blood. God also said that because He made man
in His own image, man shall not shed the blood of another man, unless man wanted
another man to shed his blood. God said He would even set the beasts to kill man if
man shed man’s blood. Does The Lord want the blood of man shed by man?
God made man, His Creation, in His very Own Image and Likeness.
9:6 Whoso sheddeth*man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed.
For in the image of God made He man. Genesis 9:6
Did The Lord mean He wanted a man to kill a man who had killed another man;
or did The Lord mean for man not to kill another man at all?
We must each decide for ourselves what God’s intent is when He says:
Whoso sheddeth*man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed.
For in the image of God made He man.
In making our decision, it may serve us all well to be informed by
God Himself, and recall how He handled the first killer of man:
And The Lord said unto him, therefore,
whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.
And The Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.
Genesis 4:15
Did The Lord God set His mark on Cain to protect Cain from being killed by men,
and then tell us to kill a man who kills another man?
Or does The Lord God know something we don’t seem to understand.
God knows that man is already under the sentence of death, because
Adam and Eve didn’t follow Him to begin with. God knows that all men,
living in this life, will die. God knew then, and knows now, neither Cain,
nor anyone else, is going anywhere, but to HIM.
12:7Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was. And the spirit shall return unto
God who gave it. 12:8 Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.
Ecclesiastes 12:7-8
sheddeth*= spill, expend or extinguish life
(4)
The Lord tells us our bodies return to dust and our spirit returns to HIM. If we think
we are more than dust, it is all just vanity. The question is, how will God judge our
spirit? Did we follow Him or not? Do we ask Him to hold us up? Do we fear Him, or
by killing each other, His Image, His Creation, are we trying to kill HIM?
119:117 Hold Thou me up, and I shall be safe; and I will have respect unto Thy
Statutes continually. 119:118Thou hast trodden down all them that err from Thy
Statutes. For their deceit is falsehood.119:119 Thou puttest away all the wicked of the
earth like dross* Therefore, I love Thy Testimonies.119:120 My flesh trembleth for
fear of Thee; and I am afraid of Thy Judgments. Psalms 119:117-120
Are we asking The Lord to hold us up, and allowing Him to put away the
wicked from the earth, or have we made our own judgments to do so,
because we fear not God, nor His Judgments.
The Lord tells us how He wants us to follow Him:
19:17Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart. Thou shalt in any wise rebuke
thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him.19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any
grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself
I Am The LORD Lev. 19:17-18
Do we love our neighbors, God’s Creation, as ourselves, or do we hate and kill
our neighbor, because we hate ourselves, our neighbor, and God.
Do we help our neighbor not to sin, or do we hold grudges and seek revenge.
The Lord tells us He knows how to make His Own Judgments:
32:35 To Me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; … 32:39 See now that I, even I,
Am He, and there is no god with Me. I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal.
Neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 32:40 For I lift up My hand to
heaven and say, I Live Forever. 32:41 If I whet my glittering sword, and Mine hand
take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to Mine enemies, and will reward
them that hate Me. Deuteronomy 32:35-41
Do we take vengeance, payback, wounding and killing? Do we make alive and heal?
Do we lift up our hand to heaven and say I live forever? If we do not live forever
then why are we doing those things that belong to God to do?
The Lord tells us He desires for us to have mercy:
6:1 Come, and let us return unto The LORD. For He hath torn, and He will heal us. He
hath smitten, and He will bind us up… 6:6 For I desired mercy and not sacrifice; and
the knowledge of God, more than burnt offerings. Hosea 6:1&6
Where is the mercy that God tells us He is looking for in us?
Where is the knowledge of GOD in us?
God is The Only One Who can heal us. He is The One Who has torn us
because we want to do His job, instead of the job He gave us to do.
Do we know The LORD GOD, or have we made ourselves god?
Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity Ecclesiastes 12:8
dross*= waste, garbage, refuse
(5)
The Lord tells us how He will forgive us and heal our land:
7:13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to
devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people; 7:14 if My people, which
are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and
turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles7:12-14
The Lord God tells us He controls all things. But we have reached a point with
technology, where we think we can control all things. The battle is on. Except we
can’t seem to realize that where we really are, is stuck on this spinning ball in space,
killing others, and waiting to die ourselves. So why do we think so high of ourselves?
Who is behind the lie?
14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou
cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!14:13 For thou hast said in
thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God.
I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north.
14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. Isaiah 14:12-15
Lucifer, now known as Satan, has inherited the whole temporary planet, and all the
temporary things on it, including all the temporary people, for a temporary time.
Satan is trying to do on earth, what he could not do in heaven.
The lie is still the same:
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God. I will sit also upon the mount of the
congregation, in the sides of the north. Isaiah 14:13b
Those people who do not follow The Lord God, have become Satan’s congregation.
They kill, destroy, hate, seek revenge…and on…and on…all of which, GOD Opposes.
These are some reasons why God says HE will destroy the earth by fire.
50:3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence. A fire shall devour before Him,
and it shall be very tempestuous round about Him. 50:4 He shall call to the heavens
from above, and to the earth, that He may Judge His people. Psalms 50:3-4
1:2 Hear all ye people; hearken, O earth, and all that therein is. And let The Lord GOD
be Witness against you, The LORD from His Holy Temple.1:3 For behold, The LORD
cometh forth out of His place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of
the earth.1:4 And the mountains shall be molten under Him, and the valleys shall be
cleft, as wax before the fire, and as the waters that are poured down a steep place.
Micah 1:2-4
66:15 For behold, The LORD will come with fire, and with His chariots like a whirl-
wind, to render His anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire. 66:16 For by
fire and by His sword will the LORD plead*with all flesh. And the slain of the LORD
shall be many. Isaiah 66:15-16
The Lord tells us He has no pleasure in the death of the wicked.
He wants all to come to repentance, to be merciful, to ask HIM to make things right,
to seek the knowledge of HIM, to follow HIM. The Lord goes on forever. We only
have a short time in this life to come to HIM and live. Or face His flames of fire.

102:25 Of old hast Thou laid the foundation of the earth. And the heavens are the

90:8 Thou hast set our iniquities before Thee, our secret sins in the light of Thy

by reason of strength they be four -score years, yet is their strength, labour and
sorrow. For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.90:11 Who knoweth the power of Thine

18:29 Yet saith the house of Israel, The way of The LORD is not equal. O house of
Israel, are not My Ways equal? Are not your ways unequal? 18:30Therefore, I will
judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith The Lord GOD.
Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be
your ruin.18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have trans-
gressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit. For why will ye die, O house of
Israel? 18:32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith The Lord
GOD. Wherefore, turn yourselves, and live ye. Ezekiel 18:29-32
33:11 Say unto them, As I Live, saith The Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in
the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way, and live.
Turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways. For why will ye die, O house of Israel?
Ezekiel 33:11
30:18 And therefore will The LORD wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and
therefore will He be exalted, that He may have mercy upon you. For The LORD Is A
God Of Judgment. Blessed are all they that wait for Him. 30:19 For the people shall
dwell in Zion, at Jerusalem. Thou shalt weep no more. He will be very gracious unto
thee, at the voice of thy cry. When He shall hear it, He will answer thee. 30:20 And
though The Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall
not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy
teachers.30:021 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee saying, This Is The Way

Isaiah30:18-21
7:14 If My people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles7:14
The Lord tells us He will judge those who do not follow His Ways, according to their
own ways, which are sinful and wicked, and result in His Judgment Of Fire. The Lord
continually calls for all people to repent. He tells all people beforehand what is
coming, and to repent and turn to HIM now, before their short time on earth is up.

Seth was born to replace Abel. Abraham was a descendant of Seth. Because of
Abraham’s faith, trust, and belief in The Lord, that God chose Abraham to be the
earthly father of God’s Own People. GOD called Abraham’s descendants His Chosen
People. The Lord gave them a special set of Commandments and Laws, which, if they
followed, would set them apart from all other people, unique to GOD. HIS PEOPLE.
19:20 And The Lord came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount. And The
Lord called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.19:21 And The
Lord said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto The
Lord to gaze, and many of them perish. 19:22 And let the priests also, which come
near to The Lord, sanctify themselves, lest The Lord break forth upon them.19:23 And
Moses said unto The Lord, the people cannot come up to mount Sinai. For Thou char-
gedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it. 19:24 And The LORD
said unto him, away, get thee down, and thou shalt come up, thou, and Aaron with
thee. But let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto The Lord,
lest he break forth upon them.19:25 So Moses went down unto the people, and spake
unto them. 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying, #1 20:2 I Am The Lord thy
God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.#2 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee
any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in
the earth beneath or that is in the water under the earth.20:5Thou shalt not bow
down thyself to them nor serve them; for I, The Lord thy God, Am a jealous God,
visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth gener-
ation of them that hate Me; 20:6 And showing mercy unto thousands of them that
love Me, and keep My commandments.#3 20:7 Thou shalt not take the name of The
Lord thy God in vain; for The Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in
vain. #4 20:8 Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.20:9 Six days shalt thou
labor, and do all thy work. 20:10 But the seventh day is the Sabbath of The Lord thy
God. In it thou shalt not do any work, thou nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-
servant nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates
20:11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is,
and rested the seventh day. Wherefore, The Lord blessed The Sabbath Day, and
hallowed it. #5 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother; that thy days may be long
upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. #6 20:13 Thou shalt not kill. #7
20:14Thou shalt not commit adultery. #8 20:15 Thou shalt not steal. #9 20:16 Thou
shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. #1020:17 Thou shalt not covet thy
neighbor’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife, nor his manservant nor
his maidservant nor his ox nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbor’s. 20:18 And
all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet,
and the mountain smoking. And when the people saw it, they removed and stood
afar off. 20:19 And they said unto Moses, speak thou with us and we will hear. But let
not God speak with us, lest we die.20:20 And Moses said unto the people, Fear not;
for God is come to prove* you, and that His fear may be before your faces,
that ye sin not. Exodus 19:20-20:20
If we will understand Verse 20; we will
understand God. If we will fear Him, there
is nothing else to fear. We will not sin, for we
will be loving God, and each other.
God
would take care of the rest.
(8) prove*= test.
The Lord gave these ten commands for His Chosen People to follow. Eight simple
things not to do: Follow HIM only, don’t make images to bow to, don’t take HIS
Name in vain, don’t kill, don’t commit adultery, don’t steal, don’t lie, don’t covet.
And two simple things to do: keep the Sabbath Day holy, and give honor to parents.
There is little room to dispute what the Ten Commandments say; but God Knows
that without His help and forgiveness, they are impossible to keep.
As if this were not difficult enough, The Lord gave them laws to keep that covered
virtually everything, which also made it virtually impossible for them not to sin.
But God was always there to have mercy on them, to forgive there sin and to bless
them with His goodness if they would only follow Him.
God gave His Commandments and Laws so His people could know Him, that He Is
Good, and Holy and Righteous, and because He wants His People to be as He Is.
THE LORD also wants His People to want HIM and HIS WAYS.
The people said to Moses:
5:27 Go thou near, and hear all that The LORD our God shall say; and speak thou unto
us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear it, and do it.
5:28 And The LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and The
LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they
have spoken unto thee. They have well said all that they have spoken.5:29 O that
there were such an heart in them, that they would fear Me, and keep all My Comm-
andments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!
Deuteronomy 5:27-29
The Lord wants His People to fear Him, and therefore,
to keep His Commands an His Laws.
God intends for His People to live according to His Laws and tells us: thou shalt not
hate thy brother in thine heart. Thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not
suffer sin upon him.19:18Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the
children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself I Am The LORD
Leviticus 19:17-18
11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall
be Holy; for I Am Holy. Leviticus 11:44
19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them,
Ye shall be Holy. For I The LORD your God Am Holy. Leviticus19:2
20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye Holy. For I Am The LORD your God.
20:8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them. I Am The LORD Which sanctify you.
Leviticus20:7-8
The Lord tells us HIS Intent is for HIS People to be HOLY, for HE IS HOLY.
He tells us to love each other, and to warn each other not to sin. He tells us not to
Hold grudges. God tells us: 32:35 To Me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; …
32:39 See now that I, even I, Am He, and there is no god with Me. I kill, and I make
alive; I wound, and I heal. Neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 32:40
For I lift up My hand to heaven and say, I Live Forever. Deuteronomy 32:35,39-40

God does not want His Commandments and His Laws broken; so He tells us in
advance what will happen if His People break The Commands He has given to them.
IF any of His People do not love Him and are not smart enough to Fear Him, Then:
21:22 If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her,
and yet no mischief follow; he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's
husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.21:23And if any
mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,21:24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth,
hand for hand, foot for foot,21:25burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for
stripe.21:26 And if a man smite the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it
perish; he shall let him go free for his eye's sake.21:27 And if he smite out his man-
servant's tooth, or his maidservant's tooth; he shall let him go free for his tooth's
sake. Exodus 21:22 -27
24:13 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 24:14 Bring forth him that hath cursed
without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let
all the congregation stone him.24:15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel,
saying, whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin.24:16 And he that blasphemeth
the name of The LORD, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall
certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he bla-
sphemeth the name of The LORD, shall be put to death. 24:17 And he that killeth any
man shall surely be put to death. 24:18 And he that killeth a beast shall make it good;
beast for beast. 24:19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbor; as he hath done,
so shall it be done to him;24:20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, as he
hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again. Leviticus 24:13-20
19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquisition. And behold, if the witness be a
false witness and hath testified falsely against his brother;19:19 then shall ye do unto
him as he had thought to have done unto his brother. So shalt thou put the evil away
from among you. 19:20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall hence-
forth commit no more any such evil among you.19:21 And thine eye shall not pity; but
life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
Deuteronomy19:18-21
IF…….THEN……. The Lord tells us the consequences of tearing out eyes and ripping
out teeth will be the tearing out of eyes and the ripping out of teeth. He tells us IF a
man kills a man THEN by man he will be killed ………IF…….THEN…….All the while
God has been saying: thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart. Thou shalt in
any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him.19:18Thou shalt not
avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love
thy neighbor as thyself I Am The LORD Lev. 19:17-18
11:44 For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye
shall be Holy; for I Am Holy…. 19:2 Speak unto all the congregation of the children of
Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be Holy. For I The LORD your God Am Holy.
20:7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye Holy. For I Am The LORD your God.
20:8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them. I Am The LORD Which sanctify you.
Leviticus 11:44, 19:2, 20:7-8
Too few who would be God’s people, seem to understand
there is no killing or eye gouging or tooth pulling among God’s People.
And those which remain shall hear, and fear,
and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you. Deut.19:20
The Intent of all God’s Law is for His People to be as He Is…Holy.
You may want to consider that the next time you call for punishment on another.
GOD made that person in HIS OWN IMAGE And LIKENESS. They are His Creation.
Such a one as you may want killed or punished,
may in fact really be, or is about to become, One Of His People.

The purpose of this and the other articles, is to point out the same message that
appears over and over in God's Word, and to bring that message together
in one place, our heart, in recognition of The Lord's prayer in John 17
That we may all be One, as The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Are One. 1John5:7
17:18 As Thou hast sent Me into the world, even so have I also sent them into
the world. 17:19 And for their sakes, I sanctify Myself, that they also might
be sanctified through The Truth. 17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for
them also which shall believe on Me through their word; 17:21 that they all
may be One; as Thou Father, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be
One, in Us; that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me.
17:22 And the glory which Thou gavest Me, I have given them;
that they may be One, even as We Are One.
17:23 I in them and Thou in Me, that they may be made
perfect In One; and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and
hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me. 17:24 Father, I will that they also,
whom Thou hast given Me, be with Me where I Am; that they may behold My
Glory which Thou hast given Me. For Thou lovedst Me before the foundation
of the world. 17:25 O Righteous Father, the world hath not known Thee. But I
have known Thee, and these have known that Thou hast sent Me. 17:26 And I
have declared unto them Thy Name, and will declare it; that The Love
wherewith Thou hast loved Me, may be in them, and I in them. John 17:18-26
15:17These things I command you, that ye love one another. 15:18 If the world
hate you, ye know that it hated Me before it hated you.15:19 If ye were of the
world, the world would love his own. But because ye are not of the world, but
I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
John 15:17-19
These things I have spoken unto you, that In Me, ye might have peace.
In the world ye shall have tribulation. But be of good cheer;
I have overcome the world. John 16:33
But be not ye called Rabbi. For one is your Master, even Christ; and
ALL YE, Are Brethren. Matt.23:8
And this is Life Eternal, that they might know Thee;
The Only True God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent. John 17:3
11:25 ... I am The Resurrection, and The Life. He that believeth in Me,
though he were dead, yet shall he live. 11:26 And whosoever liveth and
believeth in Me, shall never die. Believest thou this? John 11: 25-26
If ye
then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children;
how much more shall your Heavenly Father, give The Holy
Spirit,
to them that ask Him?
Luke 11:13
